While we have some information on medieval fitness routines, this program is intended for modern HEMA practitioners. We are offering a one hour circuit training program designed to improve your performance for our combat arts! Whether you consider yourself to be in-shape or out of shape, this scalable, efficient routine will provide an excellent challenge to improve your conditioning, flexibility, stability and strength so you can fight longer with reduced risk of the injuries common to HEMA training.
Please wear clothing suitable for a workout, including clean indoor shoes and bring a towel large enough to lie down on. You may have a water bottle with you during the class. No other equipment is needed.
